Realtor AlliancePro check Home Inspection

As a real estate professional you are typically trusted to refer a client to a home inspection company. You want someone who will best represent your client's interest and protect your valuable reputation. Your relationship with your clients is one based on trust in your expertise and reliance on your service. A home inspection is one more way that you can help your clients feel confident during their decision to buy or sell.

Every person involved in a residential real estate transaction can benefit from a professional home inspection. An inspection conducted by a buyer may present an opportunity to take the cost of repairs into account in the offer to purchase, while a home inspection conducted by a seller prior to listing their home can help avoid surprises during negotiations.

Homeowner Orientations

This service is for the client that wants to get the most out of the home inspection experience. At the end of the home inspection we will show your clients how to operate their new home and explain the features that are unique to the house; from operating the water, gas, and electrical services to running the heat and air cooling systems. We will show your clients all the saftey devices and how to maintain them, and include simple maintenance tips so your clients will have many years of enjoyment from their new home. This is just one more way we can help you as a real estate professional.

Your clients will have peace of mind and feel comfortable with their home inspection choice. We carry Errors and Omissions (E & O) insurance and General Liabilty Insurance.

Termite Clearance Letters

We provide the services necessary to obtain a termite clearance letter through a third party, licensed pest control company. We will schedule them to be on site while the home inspection is being performed. Termite letters insure that the property has been thoroughly checked for current and prior infestation. This is important. If prior infestation is present and uncorrected, it will need to be tended to with appropriate repairs.
